As a youth growing up in the South American country of Guyana, Sean’s family had no television and a visit to the neighborhood movie theatre was an occasional treat. “My Dad took me to see George Lucas’ Star Wars and I was blown away! From that day forward I vowed to work in the movie magic business.” Sean never knew that his fantasy to work on films would carry him across an ocean to a land where dreams do come true. After immigrating to America with his family, Sean studied film at New York’s School of Visual Arts, producing several short films. He is now an accomplished editor with eight years experience under his belt editing film and a variety of professional video formats.
Sean has worked on various editing assignments ranging from commercials to music videos. Sean has been an editor and graphic artist on everything from documentaries for PBS including the critically acclaimed “In Nataki’s Name”, to programming for BET networks including “Gangstresses”. “A Rose By Any Other Name” a romantic comedy in which Sean performed duties as Post Production Supervisor, was screened at the Cannes Film Festival. Sean has also worked on countless commercial spots, music videos and shorts during his career. A solid rock on the VideoShoots.net post squad, Sean is committed to utilizing his talents to perform magic in the post production suites. George Lucas sould be proud.
